What they need
- Perform HVAC/AC maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs, including refrigerant handling, servicing, fault diagnosis and replacement of components.
- Carry out electrical maintenance and troubleshooting, including wiring, lighting, switches, sockets, DBs, circuit breakers and related electrical systems.
- Perform plumbing maintenance and repairs, including pipe fitting, leak rectification, sanitary fixtures, drainage and water supply systems.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance across HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
- Diagnose faults independently and recommend appropriate repair solutions and required materials.
- Carry out general handyman and minor maintenance works when required.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a professional standard.
- Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in good condition and follow company HSE procedures.
