Multi Technician – Facilities Management

We are looking for an experienced Multi Technician to join our Facilities Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Handle basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and building maintenance works.
• Attend breakdowns and maintenance requests.
• Troubleshoot and repair MEP/building systems.
• Complete maintenance checklists and job reports.
• Follow HSE and FM procedures.

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of FM/building maintenance experience.
• Hands-on experience as a Multi Technician/MEP Technician.
• UAE/GCC FM experience preferred.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Willingness to work shifts and emergency call-outs.

Preferred Experience: Commercial buildings, residential properties, malls, hotels, hospitals, airports, schools, or IFM sites.
