Multi Technician with Drivers License

Job Summary

CESPRO Facility Management is looking for a skilled and reliable Multi Technician Cum Driver to support facility maintenance operations across customer sites in Abu Dhabi. The candidate should have hands-on experience in multiple maintenance trades and must hold a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance and repair works at villas, apartments, commercial properties, and other customer sites.
• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, AC/HVAC, civil, painting, carpentry, and handyman works.
• Diagnose minor maintenance issues and carry out repairs efficiently. Attend preventive and corrective maintenance service calls.
• Drive company vehicles safely to customer sites and assigned locations.
• Transport technicians, tools, equipment, and materials when required.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and safely handled.
• Follow job cards, supervisor instructions, and daily work schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at customer premises and follow all HSE/PPE requirements.
• Report completed works, material requirements, and additional maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain the company vehicle in good condition and report any maintenance requirements.
• Communicate professionally with customers and represent CESPRO positively at all times.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License - Mandatory.
• Previous UAE experience as a Multi Technician / General Maintenance Technician preferred.
• Good working knowledge of electrical maintenance, plumbing, AC/HVAC maintenance, painting, civil works, carpentry, and handyman works.
• Ability to troubleshoot common maintenance issues and work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic English communication skills and good knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads are an advantage.
• Flexible to attend emergency or after-hours maintenance calls when required.

Preferred Experience & Joining Experience:

• 2-5 years of relevant facility maintenance experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Joining: Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driving License (Required)
