Overview
We are seeking a versatile and motivated Multi Trade Builder to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform a wide range of building and maintenance tasks across various trades, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your expertise will help us deliver superior results on every project while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute diverse construction tasks including carpentry, masonry, plumbing, and painting to support project needs
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned duties
• Fabricate and install materials with precision, ensuring quality craftsmanship in every detail
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth workflow across multiple trades

Requirements

• Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, masonry, plumbing, welding, or electrical work
• Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools with a strong focus on safety
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions accurately
• Knowledge of construction painting techniques and fabricating materials on-site
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project demands
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards safety and quality standards

Nice-to-have Skills (Optional but advantageous)

• Experience in construction painting or finishing work
• Certification or training in electrical or plumbing systems
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations relevant to multiple trades
