Multi Trade Builder

Newline Property Contractors is a growing construction company, and we’re looking for an experienced Multi-Trader to join our team.

Working predominantly across the hospitality and leisure sector, we deliver refurbishment, fit-out and maintenance projects across London and the surrounding areas.

We’re looking for a capable all-rounder who is confident across a variety of trades, takes pride in their work and is comfortable working independently as well as part of a wider site team.

The role will include:

• General building and maintenance works
• Basic carpentry and joinery
• Painting and decorating
• Making good and finishing works
• Basic plastering and patch repairs
• Tiling
• Basic plumbing works
• Fixtures, fittings and general repairs
• Snagging and remedial works
• Supporting wider refurbishment and fit-out projects as required
• Working closely with Site Managers and other trades
• Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Multi-Trader / Multi-Skilled Operative
• A strong all-round knowledge of building and maintenance works
• Commercial refurbishment, fit-out or maintenance experience desirable
• Ability to confidently undertake a variety of trades
• Good problem-solving skills and a practical approach
• High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
• Reliable and professional
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Own tools
• Own vehicle desirable
• CSCS card where required

Most of our projects are based across London and the surrounding areas, with occasional projects further afield.
