Multi -Trade Carpenter / Multi - Skilled Operative

We are seeking a versatile and energetic Multi-Trade Carpenter / Multi-Skilled Operative to join our dynamic construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across a variety of trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general construction tasks. Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks such as framing, door hanging, trim carpentry, cabinetry installation, and drywall finishing.
• Conduct plumbing and electrical work including fixture installation, schematics interpretation, and basic troubleshooting.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely to complete construction tasks efficiently.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications.
• Assist with concrete forming, masonry work, stucco application, roofing, and heavy equipment operation as needed.
• Support restoration projects by applying plastering, caulking, painting, flooring installation, tile laying, and hardscape work.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and quality control procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work or general construction site experience.
• Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics interpretation.
• Ability to operate power tools, heavy equipment, and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
