Join Us as a Multi-Trade Operative (Self-Employed)

Are you a CSCS "Multi Trade Blue Card" holder, multi skilled and experienced trades person looking for consistent work and excellent earning potential? HEI Group, a well-established property maintenance company, is seeking experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join our team in Birmingham. We're modernising, Voids, kitchens and bathrooms for council and social housing projects across the region, and we need your expertise!

Multi Trade Builders - What You'll Do:

• Work as part of a small team to deliver high-quality kitchen and bathroom renovations in domestic properties.
• Take pride in your work: from rip-outs and installations to the final touches.
• Utilise your multi-trade skills in areas like strip out, Tiling, basic carpentry, wall boarding, general duties and painting.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour while working in people's homes, including vulnerable settings.

Who You Are:

• A confident and qualified multi trade with a City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 qualification.
• Experienced in property maintenance and refurbishments.
• A multi-skilled tradesperson with the ability to handle various building tasks, refurbishment and repairs.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and a great problem solver with a "right-first-time" attitude.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hold a full UK driving license and own transport, along with a Multi Trade CSCS card.
