Multi-Trade Reactive Maintenance

LSR Services Group is a London property maintenance company delivering professional reactive maintenance for commercial and residential clients. We're looking for sharp, highly experienced multi-traders to join our team on a full-time basis.

The role

• Simple reactive multi-trade maintenance: plumbing, carpentry, painting, snagging and general repairs
• Working solo on professional, fully audited jobs across London

Working day (Monday to Friday)

• Morning slot: 8am–12pm
• Lunch: 12pm–1pm, wherever you are
• Afternoon slot: 1pm–5pm

Job reportsYou must complete a job report straight after every job and send it back to the office. Not later, and not when you get home. It goes in after every single job. That's all we ask: professionalism.

What you get

• £220 per day net, paid weekly
• Fuel card
• Trade UK account card for parts (Screwfix and B&Q/TradePoint)
• LSR ID card

What you need

• Your own plain white van with no signwriting
• Strong, proven multi-trade experience
• Your own tools
• Full UK driving licence
• A tidy, professional approach on site

Please note

• All consumables are covered by you and are included in the day rate. Parts go through the trade account.
• A plug-in tracking device will be fitted to your van's OBD port while you're working with us.
• Every job is audited, so standards are high.
