Lime Showrooms is a design-led kitchen, bathroom, and living space specialist. We work with discerning residential clients to deliver high-quality renovation and fit-out projects; from full kitchen replacements to complete bathroom transformations, bespoke joinery installations and full house renovations.

We have a strong pipeline of work and ambitious plans for growth. As we scale, we are building a trusted network of trade partners who share our commitment to quality, professionalism, and client care.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced multi-trader — or a small owner-led team — to join us as a core trade partner for the long term.

This is not a one-off job. We are seeking someone who wants consistent, quality work from a professional principal and is ready to grow their business alongside ours. As our pipeline expands, so does the opportunity for the right partner.

The core trades we need covered:

▸ Bathroom fitting — full suite installation, wet rooms, ensuite fit-outs

▸ Plumbing — first and second fix, including associated heating and pipe work

▸ Tiling — floors, walls, wet areas; clean cuts and high-quality finish expected

▸ Decoration — internal painting and finishing to a premium residential standard

Additional trades such as carpentry, joinery, or general renovation skills are a welcome bonus.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is an owner-operator or small business owner with a reliable team of 2–3. We value organisation and reliability every bit as much as trade skill — in our world, how you work is as important as what you can do.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have proven experience in bathroom fitting, plumbing, tiling, and decoration — ideally all four
• Run a small, tight team and take real pride in the quality of your finish
• Are highly organised — you plan ahead, communicate proactively, and turn up when you say you will
• Are comfortable working in occupied or recently furnished homes, and know how to treat a client’s property with care
• Want a steady pipeline of quality residential work from a professional, design-led principal
• Are VAT registered, Ltd company or sole trader, with your own public liability insurance (£5m minimum)
• Hold, or your team holds, relevant trade qualifications
