F&D Buildings Ltd is a busy, growing property refurbishment company with a consistent, heavy workload of residential maintenance and full refurbishment projects across East and North London.

We are ready to hire a reliable, experienced Multi-Trader to join our team on an ongoing subcontract basis.

The Work Schedule:

• 3 to 5 days per week, dynamically scaling depending on our project pipeline and workload.

• Perfect for a skilled subcontractor looking for steady, reliable filler work alongside their own private projects.

• Please Note: This is an ongoing Subcontractor ( C I S ) role based on workload -hours are not guaranteed during quieter weeks.

What We Offer:

• £200.00 per day flat rate ( Gross CIS)

• Paid milage ( 45p per mile) to cover travel between North and East London while using your own vehicle.

The Role:

• Initially, you will work alongside our main builder to learn our quality standards. Once established, you must be comfortable working independently on your own solo projects ( such as kitchen/bathroom refit, reactive maintenance, and making good).

What You Will Do:

• Wet Trades : Patch plastering, making good, wall and floor tiling, grouting, and silicone finishing.

• Carpentry: Hanging doors, installing skirting, architraves, laminate flooring, and basic joinery.

• Plumbing: Minor plumbing repairs, swapping taps/wastes, and assisting with sanitary ware installation.

• Decorating: High-quality internal/external painting, filling, sanding, and fine snagging.

What We Need From You:

• 3+ years of genuine multi- trade/ residential refurbishment experience ( essential)

• Registered for CIS with a valid UTR number ( essential).

• Full UK driving licence ( essential ).

• Your own standard hand and power tools ( essential )

• Your own reliable van or vehicle ( essential )

• A high standard of finish and tidy, professional attitude in customers' homes.

Pay: £200.00 per day
