What they need
We are seeking an experienced Multi Trader to assist with a door refurbishment contract across the Hucknall & Arnold areas of Nottingham.
Works include the refurbishment of property front doors, some of which are void and some are occupied, with multiple houses on the same streets.
All doors are composite, works to include, but not limited to:
Sand/rub down
Epoxy fill/make good
Prime/paint/finish
Chop out and replace sill
Splice new section into door frame
Repair/replace draft excluder
Replace/repair letterbox
We have close to 100 doors to complete with extremely competitive rates of pay on a price per door basis.
