Multi-Unit District Manager – Full-Service Restaurants

At MAD Concepts Group, we're building restaurants people love to visit and leaders love to work for. We're looking for a District Manager who can turn strategy into results across multiple markets and develop the leaders who make that happen.

This isn't a role for maintaining the status quo. You'll be the link between our executive team and the field, owning district performance from the P&L to the guest experience and shaping where our brands go next.

What you'll own

• District strategy and performance: Set the direction for sales growth, guest satisfaction, and operational consistency across [#] locations, and hold your Area and General Managers accountable for results.
• Financial results: Analyze performance across markets, spot trends and risks early, and put strategic solutions in place to hit company targets.
• Leadership development: Coach and develop Area Managers and GMs, build a strong bench, and own the district's talent pipeline and succession planning.
• Company initiatives: Lead the rollout of major initiatives so they're carried out clearly and consistently at every store.
• Operational excellence: Uphold high standards for food safety, compliance, brand consistency, and operational discipline, and find systems that make the whole district run better.
• Culture: Champion our values and make sure every leadership team creates a respectful, high-performing, and fun place to work.

Who you are

• A proven multi-unit restaurant leader who has succeeded as an Area Manager or in a similar multi-manager role
• Experienced in high-volume restaurant operations (required)
• Strategic and data-driven, able to analyze complex performance data across markets and turn it into action
• A developer of leaders, with a track record of building strong management teams and promoting from within
• A clear communicator who can translate executive strategy into field execution and bring field insight back to leadership
• Spanish language skills are a plus
