Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple restaurants, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Oversee profit & loss statements, analyze financial data using Excel tools, and implement cost-control measures
• Manage team development initiatives, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations
• Drive process improvements through lean management principles and operational best practices
• Foster a positive team environment by supervising staff, promoting leadership development, and maintaining high morale
• Utilize data-driven decision-making to identify opportunities for business development and operational enhancements

Skills

• Strong management skills with proven experience in multi-unit or multi-site leadership roles
• Expertise in profit & loss analysis, financial management, and Excel data analysis
• Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
• Deep understanding of business management principles including strategic planning and operational management
• Exceptional team management skills with a focus on team development and leadership excellence
• Proficient in managerial communication, supervising teams, and executive-level collaboration
• Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering outstanding client experiences
• Ability to analyze data for strategic decision-making and process improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of lean management techniques to optimize operations and reduce waste
• Experience in sales growth strategies, business development, and operational efficiency enhancements
