Multi Unit Salon Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Multi-Unit Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations, staff performance, and profitability of multiple salon locations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven management experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires the ability to recruit, train, motivate, and develop salon teams while ensuring consistent operational excellence across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple salon locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop salon managers, stylists, and support staff.
• Monitor and improve salon performance, productivity, and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train team members to maintain staffing goals.
• Ensure all locations consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Analyze sales reports, labor costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular salon visits, performance reviews, and team meetings.
• Manage scheduling, inventory control, and operational budgets.
• Address customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on growth and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in the salon, beauty, retail, or service industry.
• Experience managing multiple locations or large teams preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve operational goals.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling, payroll, and performance reporting systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cosmetology license (preferred but not required).
• Experience with salon management software and POS systems.
• Background in employee development, performance management, and customer service excellence.
