The Authentic Age is partnering with a well-established multifamily construction company to identify an experienced Superintendent for projects in the Orlando market. This opportunity is suited for a field leader with a strong background in ground-up multifamily construction who is comfortable owning day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and leading projects through successful completion.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead daily field operations for ground-up multifamily construction projects
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, trades, vendors, and site personnel
• Manage project sequencing, short-term planning, and overall construction schedules
• Partner closely with project management to maintain schedule, quality, and budget expectations
• Review plans and specifications and proactively identify field coordination issues
• Maintain high standards for jobsite safety, organization, and quality
• Coordinate inspections and work with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders
• Lead and mentor Assistant Superintendents, Project Engineers, and other field team members
• Oversee punch, turnover, and project closeout activities
• Communicate field progress, challenges, and upcoming needs to the broader project team

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of construction experience with meaningful field leadership responsibility
• Ground-up multifamily construction experience is required
• Experience as a Superintendent, Lead Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or comparable field leadership position
• Strong understanding of multifamily construction sequencing and subcontractor coordination
• Experience delivering large-scale residential projects from the field
• Wood-frame and/or podium multifamily experience strongly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, plans, and specifications
• Experience with construction technology such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar platforms
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• OSHA 30 and other applicable safety certifications are a plus
• Degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred but not required

We are particularly interested in speaking with Superintendents who have successfully delivered large ground-up apartment communities, podium projects, or other complex multifamily developments .
