Multiline Representative – Senior

As a senior multiline representative on our claims team, you'll be responsible for investigating and resolving complex specialty lines losses within a territory. Day-to-day duties will involve investigating and analyzing the extent of our liability for property or injury losses, coverage analysis and interpretation. Additionally, you'll collaborate and negotiate with repair service providers to effectively and efficiently settle claims for our customers.

Minimum qualifications

• A minimum of five years relevant work experience with two years appraisal/estimatics or claims handling
• {OR} Associate's degree and a minimum of four years relevant work experience with two years appraisal/estimatics or claims handling
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of two years appraisal/estimatics or claims handling
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance along with compliance with Progressive's driving standards and/or policies

Compensation

• $73,000 - $85,000/year
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance

• Individual will work in the field, office, body shop, or network shop and at time be expected to lift, bend stretch, walk, crouch, twist and/or lay on floor.
• Exposure to fumes, dust and odors from chemicals/solvents typically found in body shops.
• Must be able to move and/or lift 20 lbs.
• Involves standing and walking around the room to monitor work (e.g., training).
• Requires long periods of standing (e.g., mailroom).
• Involves frequent driving.
• Required to climb, balance, stoop, crouch and crawl.
