What You'll Do

• Connect with qualified leads provided by IndiaFilings – no cold calling or lead sourcing required.
• Engage with potential customers and understand their business requirements.
• Communicate confidently in English + Hindi / Malayalam / Telugu / Kannada.
• Recommend the right IndiaFilings services based on customer requirements.
• Explain services such as Business Registration, GST, Income Tax, ROC Compliance, Trademark, and other business services.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations effectively.
• Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team revenue.
• Maintain accurate customer and follow-up details in the CRM.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or a similar sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English + any one of these languages: Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu, or Kannada.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Passion for sales with a target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
• Experience in B2B sales, financial services, taxation, or compliance services is an added advantage.
