About the role

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally through phone, chat, email, or other support channels. Provide customer support in English and Mandarin Language, assisting customers with account-related inquiries, service requests, billing concerns, product information, and general support needs.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally through phone, chat, email, or other support channels
• Provide customer support in English and Mandarin Language
• Assist customers with account-related inquiries, service requests, billing concerns, product information, and general support needs
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience
• Communicate information clearly, accurately, and professionally across different cultures and customer backgrounds
• Document customer interactions accurately using company systems and tools
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance and customer satisfaction goals
• Build trust and customer loyalty through exceptional service and problem-solving
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business and operational needs

About you

• Speak fluently and spontaneously in the Mandarin language
• Use the language effectively in a professional environment
• Understand complex and extended conversations, including implied meanings
• Working knowledge of English is needed; training and client systems are in English
• Previous collections experience is highly preferred but not required
• Understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is highly preferred but not required
• Candidate must be able to work in PH and with a valid working VISA
• Also accepts Temporary Resident Visa for non-Filipino applicants
• Eligible to work in the Philippines and available to start ASAP
