As an Account Executive with Milner Media, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth while helping local businesses thrive. You’ll be responsible for developing, selling, and managing cross-platform advertising campaigns across radio, digital, and event sponsorships. This is a client-facing role where relationship building, creativity, and strategic thinking are just as important as sales expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

· Consistently identify and develop new business opportunities to generate revenue across radio, digital media, and event sponsorships.

· Re-engage inactive or former clients to create new streams of revenue.

· Manage, renew, and renegotiate advertising agreements with existing clients to maximize value.

· Exceed sales quotas and consistently achieve performance goals.

· Create and present compelling, customized advertising proposals and campaign strategies.

· Collaborate with clients to develop fresh advertising ideas and write engaging creative copy.

· Coordinate, organize, and execute promotional campaigns and sponsorship activations.

· Ensure all advertising deadlines, production requirements, and campaign deliverables are met.

· Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing insights and recommendations on media strategy.

· Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular in-person meetings and consistent communication.

· Represent Milner Media at community events, client functions, and station promotions to strengthen our presence and relationships.

· Assist with commercial production and promotional activities as needed.

Qualifications (including but not limited to):

· Proven success in outside sales, preferably in media or digital.

· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.

· Self-starter with the ability to prospect, close deals, and manage client accounts independently.

· Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.

· Passion for local media and community engagement.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
