Creative Multimedia Intern

We’re looking for a Creative Multimedia Intern to support our People Engagement Team in creating engaging visuals and multimedia content for internal campaigns, communications, and company events.

This is a hands-on opportunity for students or fresh graduates to gain real-world experience in graphic design, video editing, content creation, photography, and event production.

What You’ll Do

• Create posters, social media graphics, emailers, presentations, and event materials.
• Edit short videos, reels, and event highlight clips.
• Assist with photo and video coverage during company events.
• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and storyboards.
• Help ensure designs follow KMC’s brand guidelines.
• Organize design files, templates, and creative assets.
• Research current design and multimedia trends.
• Support livestreaming and event production activities when needed.
• Work with the People Engagement Team on creative campaigns and projects.
• Complete creative requests within a 1–2 day turnaround time.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Communication Arts, or a related course.
• Basic to intermediate skills in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge of video editing using Premiere Pro, After Effects, Filmora, or similar tools is a plus.
• Good understanding of layout, color, typography, and visual design.
• Knowledge of DSLR photography is preferred.
• Experience with livestreaming, lights and sounds, or event production is a plus.
• Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to take feedback and work well with a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
• Digital portfolio of academic, freelance, or personal creative work is preferred.
• Willing to work onsite 3 days per week.
• Must be able to complete a minimum of 300 internship hours.
