Multimedia Artist

Job Summary

The Multimedia Specialist is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality multimedia content that supports the company's branding, marketing, sales, and trade initiatives. This role develops creative assets across digital and print platforms, including graphic designs, videos, animations, photography, and 3D visualizations. The Multimedia Specialist also creates renderings for retail displays, event booths, and product presentations to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, catalogs, and product sheets.
• Develop digital creatives for social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
• Ensure all creative materials comply with corporate branding guidelines.

Video Production

• Plan, shoot, and edit promotional, corporate, and product videos.
• Produce video content for social media, digital advertising, product launches, and company events.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and sound effects to enhance video quality.

Photography

• Conduct product and event photography.
• Edit and retouch images for marketing and promotional use.
• Maintain an organized digital library of multimedia assets.

Motion Graphics & Animation

• Create animated graphics, GIFs, logo animations, and promotional videos.
• Develop engaging visual content for digital campaigns and presentations.

3D Design and Visualization

• Develop 3D models and realistic renderings of products, retail displays, event booths, and promotional installations.
• Produce visual mock-ups for dealer stores, trade displays, and showroom layouts.
• Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure designs are practical and aligned with project requirements.

Marketing Support

• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, ATL, Digital Marketing, and BTL to develop creative concepts for campaigns.
• Support product launches, dealer activations, exhibitions, trade fairs, and corporate events through creative design solutions.
• Prepare artwork for print production and coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality output.

Asset Management

• Organize and maintain multimedia files, project assets, and creative templates.
• Ensure proper version control and backup of digital files.

Innovation

• Stay updated on design trends, multimedia technologies, AI-powered creative tools, and emerging marketing practices.
• Recommend creative solutions to improve brand communication and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in multimedia design, graphic design, or digital content creation.
• Experience in the automotive, tire, lubricant, FMCG, or retail industry is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite from Monday to Saturday 8am - 5pm at BGC office
• Willing to work on weekends or holidays when there is an event

Technical Skills

Proficiency in:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Lightroom
• SketchUp (3D modeling)
• Blender or equivalent 3D software (preferred)
• Rendering software such as V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion (preferred)
• Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Nice to have but not necessary

• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Knowledge of photography equipment, lighting techniques, and video production workflows is an advantage.
