Multimedia Artist

About the role

As the Multimedia Designer, you are responsible for showcasing the Company's design skills and creating compelling visuals that enhance our brand, support marketing, recruitment and internal business communication design initiatives, and communicate our message effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics for various media, including websites, social media, print materials, advertisements, video editing and packaging
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure designs align with company goals and project requirements
• Maintain and enhance brand identity through consistent and cohesive design elements across all platforms
• Generate creative ideas and concepts for campaigns, product launches, and other marketing activities
• Produce digital illustrations and icons that enhance user experience and engage audiences
• Edit and manipulate photos to meet project specifications and enhance visual appeal
• Use typography effectively to create visually appealing and readable designs
• Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design skills and output

About you

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design/video editing or a related role
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
• Experience with web design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma) is a plus
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects
• Exceptional creativity and innovation in design
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
