Multimedia Artist

• Design posters, social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials.
• Create and edit videos, animations, motion graphics, and other multimedia content.
• Conduct basic photography and videography for company events, programs, and promotional activities.
• Edit and enhance photos and videos for digital and print use.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with the organization’s branding and communication objectives.
• Produce content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, websites, digital displays, and other platforms.
• Coordinate with Marketing, HR, and other departments regarding multimedia requirements.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all creative materials.
• Manage and organize multimedia files, templates, photos, videos, and other digital assets.
• Stay updated on current design trends, multimedia tools, and social media content formats.
• Perform other related creative and multimedia tasks as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Digital Media, Communication Arts, or a related field.
• Preferably with 1–2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or digital content creation; fresh graduates with a strong portfolio may also be considered.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar creative software.
• Knowledge of Canva and other digital design platforms is an advantage.
• Skilled in graphic design, photo editing, video editing, photography, and/or videography.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation is an advantage.
• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow brand standards.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A portfolio of previous design and multimedia work is required/preferred.
