Multimedia Artist

POSITION OVERVIEW

Melching Dried Food Trading supplies dried food products under a portfolio of brands, including Murataki dried shirataki rice. We are looking for a full-time, on-site Multimedia Artist who can shoot, edit and use AI tools to work faster and smarter. Your job is to make our products look irresistible across e-commerce, social media, retail and trade materials, from studio product shots to short-form video.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Product & Food Photography: Plan, style, shoot and retouch product, food and lifestyle photos.

• Video Production: Shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok, product demos, recipes) and brand videos.

• AI-Assisted Editing & Content: Use AI tools to speed up and extend production: generative fill and background replacement, retouching, upscaling, AI-assisted video editing, and concept or mood-board generation. The product itself must always stay true to life.

• E-Commerce & Ad Creatives: Produce listing images, banners and ad creatives for Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, sized and adapted per platform.

• Retail & Trade Materials: Create visuals for buyer presentations, point-of-sale materials, trade shows and packaging.

• Brand & Collaboration: Keep every output on-brand, maintain an organized asset library, and work with Marketing, E-Commerce and BD on briefs and deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• A portfolio showing both photography and video work (required with application).

• Strong product or food photography skills, including lighting, styling and composition.

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve), plus CapCut for short-form video.

• Working knowledge of AI editing and generation tools (e.g. Photoshop Generative Fill, CapCut AI features, Runway, Midjourney or similar) and good judgement on when to use them.

• Understands social and e-commerce formats; organized and reliable on deadlines across several brands.

Bonus

• 3D skills (Blender, Cinema 4D or similar) for product and packaging renders and simple animations.

• Experience in FMCG, food or consumer-goods brands.

• Motion graphics (After Effects), graphic design (Illustrator) or packaging design skills.

• Owns camera, lighting or rendering equipment.
