As we continue to grow our e-commerce operations, we are looking for a creative and results-driven TikTok Multimedia Artist who will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality in-house video creatives for our TikTok Shops. This role will focus on creating engaging, visually appealing, and conversion-oriented videos that strengthen product visibility, drive audience engagement, and support sales performance.

What You'll Do

• Edit and produce high-quality video creatives using CapCut or other suitable video editing tools based on content requirements.
• Stay updated on current TikTok editing trends, techniques, transitions, hooks, and video formats while maintaining each product's unique creative identity.
• Follow established color coding and visual guidelines to ensure consistency and distinction across different product brands.
• Explore different editing styles, pacing, hooks, and creative angles to develop fresh content variations and avoid repetitive creatives.
• Assist in video shoots when needed, including footage preparation and execution of content concepts.
• Collaborate closely with Content Creators to execute scripts, concepts, and creative directions effectively.
• Review the performance of published creatives and use available data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop creative variations for organic content and paid campaigns to support creative testing and optimization.
• Ensure that all video creatives comply with TikTok Shop guidelines to minimize violations, content restrictions, and production delays.
• Apply learnings from previous creative outputs to continuously improve editing quality, content effectiveness, and overall creative performance.

What We're Looking For

• Preferably with relevant experience in TikTok video editing, multimedia production, or short-form video content creation.
• Has knowledge of creating TikTok videos that are engaging, product-focused, and capable of supporting sales conversions.
• Proficient in CapCut or other video editing software suitable for producing short-form video content.
• Has a good understanding of video pacing, transitions, hooks, storytelling, and creative techniques that capture audience attention.
• Can follow brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual identity across different products.
• Open to feedback, discussions, revisions, and constructive criticism to improve creative outputs.
• Adaptable and accountable, with the ability to recognize ineffective approaches and test alternative creative solutions.
• Detail-oriented and capable of completing assigned deliverables within established deadlines.
• Willing to collaborate with Content Creators and other team members to execute creative concepts.
• Willing to work onsite in General Trias City, Cavite.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
