Multimedia Artist

About Us
We’re an aesthetic and wellness clinic looking for a multimedia artist to capture and produce the content behind our brands, from patient documentation to social media.

The Role
You’ll be our in-house photographer, videographer and editor. You’ll shoot in the clinic and operating room, edit content following our editorial calendar, and keep patient photos and records organized and confidential.

What You’ll Do

Photo & video production

• Shoot lifestyle content and interviews with consenting patients
• Shoot service and promotional content for our clinic brands
• Shoot in the operating room for consenting patients, including anonymous cases
• Take and print before-and-after and follow-up photos for patient face charts

Editing & content management

• Edit photos and videos for social media across multiple brands
• Edit clinic collaterals, website photos and in-clinic TV display content
• Apply revisions and keep the editorial calendar up to date
• Compile the following week’s posts and upload finished files to cloud storage
• Organize published and disapproved files and log published links in our task tracker

Patient documentation

• Check patient consent before any shoot or posting
• Request patient charts, and list surgical patients with their consent status and procedure
• Flag follow-up patients (3+ months) who may be eligible for lifestyle content

Equipment & materials

• Prepare, charge, pack and maintain cameras, lights, gimbal and SD cards
• Manage storage on cameras and external drives, and back up files
• Print and fold post-op brochures and product instruction manuals
• Monitor printing supplies and request purchase orders

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in photography and video editing (portfolio required)
• Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro / After effects / Photoshop / CapCut/ Canva
• Comfortable shooting in an operating room, with training on OR protocols provided
• Highly organized, deadline-driven and able to manage content for more than one brand
• Discreet, with a strong respect for patient privacy and consent
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare, beauty, wellness or aesthetic content
• Graphic design skills for collaterals
• Familiarity with cloud storage, content calendars and task-tracking tools
