Multimedia Arts Intern

The Multimedia Intern will support the creation of visual and video content for marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and internal materials. This role offers hands-on experience in both graphic design and basic video editing within a dynamic, collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing social media and marketing materials, including posters, banners, brochures, digital flyers, and other promotional assets.
• Support the creation and shooting of social media content (both static and video) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Perform basic video editing tasks, including trimming clips, adding text, transitions, captions, and resizing content for various platform specifications.
• Assist in social media efforts and support employer branding initiatives, as needed.
• Edit and retouch photos to ensure high-quality visual content, as needed.
• Ensure all assigned creative projects are completed accurately and within established deadlines.
• Collaborate with the team on creative concepts, campaigns, and multimedia projects as needed.
• Perform other multimedia and creative-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Communication Arts, or a related field
• Proficient in Canva, Capcut, and/or Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro or similar editing tools)
• Basic understanding of design principles—typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Strong creative instincts and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and improve through guidance
• A portfolio or sample work (graphics and/or short videos) is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
