Multimedia Assistant

JOB SUMMARY

Multimedia Assistant is responsible for creating visually appealing, consistent, and effective graphic materials for the company’s stores, marketing campaigns, social media platforms, promotional activities, and other business requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create graphics, illustrations, photos, videos, animations, digital assets, campaign materials, and other creative content.
• Edit and enhance photos, videos, layouts, and multimedia materials based on project requirements.
• Develop creative materials for social media, websites, digital ads, presentations, print, and events.
• Collaborate with the Creatives Supervisor, Marketing Team, and other departments in translating concepts and campaign objectives into effective visual materials.
• Assist in multimedia production, including shoots, events, pre-production, and post-production activities.
• Ensure all creative outputs are high-quality, accurate, and consistent with company branding and approved creative direction.
• Manage assigned projects, revisions, creative files, and deadlines.
• Stay updated on current design trends, multimedia tools, and creative techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant graphic design experience
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or equivalent design software.
• Knowledge of basic video editing and motion graphics is an advantage.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, color theory, branding, and visual communication.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Creative, organized, and able to work under deadlines.
• Able to handle multiple design projects simultaneously.
