Multimedia Content Creator

About the role

This position is crucial to M-Rich Corporation Co., Ltd. in creating and developing multimedia content and media that effectively reaches consumers and supports the company's digital marketing promotion.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and develop content for Social Media, Website, Campaign and various marketing media
• Conceptualise Content Ideas, Campaign Direction and Storytelling aligned with Brand Direction and Business Objectives
• Write captions, headlines, key messages and articles in various formats
• Maintain mood and tone of communication in accordance with the organisation's Brand Identity
• Communicate product, service or business solution information in an interesting and easy-to-understand manner
• Monitor Social Media trends, Consumer Behavior and Viral Content to apply to the brand
• Coordinate with Marketing, Graphic, Video Production teams and related departments
• Support Event, Exhibition and marketing activities
• Review quality and accuracy of content before publication
• Analyse content feedback such as Engagement, Reach and Feedback to develop communication work

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Communication Design or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in Content Creator, Content Marketing or Marketing Communication
• Creative thinking and Storytelling skills
• Understanding of brand communication, Corporate Brand and B2B communication work
• Ability to monitor Social Media trends and adapt to new communication formats
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Ability to work efficiently with various teams
• Attention to detail and good time management skills
• Experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Luxury Brand or B2B business is a plus
• Photography, videography or video editing skills are a plus
