Multimedia Content Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Multimedia Content Specialist to spear-hand our visual content pipeline. In this role, you will be visual engine of the department-handling on-site photography, videography, post-production editing, graphic asset design.

You will work directly with the Marketing Supervisor, who will provide the campaign briefs, messaging, and distribution strategy, allowing you to focus on capturing, editing, and producing visual content.

Key Responsibilities

Video and Photo Production (On-site and Studio)

• Direct and execute on-site photo and video shoots at company yards, showrooms, client job sites, and warehouse facilities.
• Operate cameras gear (DSLR/mirrorless), gimbals, lighting fictures, and wireless audio setups for machine walkarounds, operational demos, and employee spotlight.
• Capture high-resolution industrial photography and dynamic B-roll suitable for technical B2B audiences.

Video-post Production (DaVinci Resolve)

• Ingest, organize, cut, and edit short videos and long form videos
• Perform color grading, audio cleanup, and sound leveling in DaVinci Resolve.
• Integrate clean lower thirds, captions, graphic overlays, and text animations aligned with brand guidelines

Graphic Design and Asset Formatting (Affinity and Canva)

• Design high impact layouts, multi-slide carousels and digitals/print banners using Assinity Suite.
• Build and maintain brand templates, quic turnaround collaterals, and presentation decks in Canva
• Prepare print ready, high resolution visual materials adhering to exact bleed, margin, and color requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts or equivalent (Fresh graduates with strong, relevant portfolio are welcome to apply)
• Software proficiency: Video editing and grading, graphic design, rapit production
• Equipment knowledge
• Format literacy
• Willingness to travel for clients visits and yard shoots
