About the role

Atomic Ube Media & Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a talented Multimedia Designer to join our creative team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in bringing our clients' visions to life through compelling visual storytelling and innovative design solutions. As a Multimedia Designer, you will be at the intersection of creativity and technology, crafting engaging digital and print media that resonates with diverse audiences. What you'll be doing

1. Creating visually compelling graphics, animations, and multimedia content for digital and print platforms
2. Developing design concepts and visual communications that align with client briefs and brand guidelines
3. Producing high-quality digital assets including web graphics, social media content, videos, and interactive multimedia
4. Collaborating with clients, creative directors, and other team members to refine designs and ensure project objectives are met
5. Utilising industry-standard design software and tools to execute creative visions with precision and attention to detail
6. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines whilst maintaining exceptional quality standards
7. Staying current with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in multimedia design
8. Presenting design concepts and revisions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback constructively
9. Ensuring all deliverables meet technical specifications for their intended platforms and mediums

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar creative role with a portfolio demonstrating versatility across multiple mediums
2. Proficiency in industry-standard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools
3. Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, and composition
4. Experience creating both static and animated content for digital platforms
5. Demonstrated ability to work from creative briefs and translate concepts into compelling visual designs
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
7. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
8. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise multiple projects with varying deadlines
9. Knowledge of web design principles and responsive design considerations is advantageous
10. Experience with video editing, motion graphics, or interactive design is preferred
11. A keen eye for current design trends and a passion for visual creativity
