Multimedia Designer

Role Description

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Designer to design and develop engaging digital learning experiences. In this role, you’ll transform learning content into interactive eLearning modules, CBTs, instructional videos, and other multimedia materials that enhance the learner experience.

You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to conceptualize, storyboard, produce, and deliver high-quality learning solutions using industry-standard multimedia and eLearning tools. The ideal candidate has a strong background in video editing, motion graphics, and visual design, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Qualifications:

* Develop interactive eLearning modules, computer-based trainings (CBTs), and multimedia learning materials.

* Create engaging instructional videos, animations, motion graphics, and visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite.

* Conceptualize, storyboard, and execute learning content from planning through final production.

* Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate learning requirements into effective digital learning solutions.

* Edit videos, design graphics, and ensure all learning materials align with branding and instructional design standards.

* Participate in video production activities, including filming, lighting, directing talent, and post-production editing, when required.

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery.

* Continuously explore creative approaches and emerging technologies to improve digital learning experiences.

* Willing to learn new to Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM-compliant content is a plus.
