Multimedia Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Multimedia Designer to create visually compelling designs across digital and print media. You'll work closely with our creative team to develop branding, marketing materials, web assets, and other visual content that engages audiences and communicates our clients' messages effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Create high-quality design assets for digital production work
• Produce specialised work depending on your combined skill set (e.g., Web Design layouts, Motion Graphics, Logo Design, Branding assets, or Packaging Design)
• Ensure all designs align with project objectives, brand guidelines, and client expectations
• Collaborate with the team to maintain consistent visual direction across all deliverables
• Communicate ideas, updates, and feedback clearly to keep workflows efficient
• Manage multiple tasks and deliver work within agreed timelines

About you

• Graphic Designer with at least 1–2 additional specialties from: Branding/Logo Design, Motion Design, Website Design, Packaging/Merchandise Design, Email Marketing Design, or Video Editing
• 3+ years of design experience, ideally within an agency setting
• Proficiency in relevant tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, Canva, etc.)
• Familiarity with project management or communication tools such as ClickUp and Slack
• Comfortable working alongside QA and PM teams in a structured, deadline-driven workflow
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and up to date with modern design trends
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work and your additional skill set/s
• Strong understanding of layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency
• Ability to adapt design styles to different industries and client needs
• Good communication skills and the ability to take feedback effectively
