Multimedia Designer

About the Role

The Multimedia Designer is responsible for developing and executing high-quality visual content across a range of media formats, including video, graphics, images, and digital assets. This role plays a key part in maintaining brand consistency, supporting marketing initiatives, and transforming creative concepts into impactful visuals that align with the objectives of the company.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design visually engaging multimedia content that aligns with current design trends and brand standards in the beauty and lifestyle industry
• Plan, film, and edit video content including product features, tutorials, promotional videos, and behind-the-scenes footage, incorporating audio and visual elements effectively while ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency of outputs.
• Design a range of marketing materials such as brochures, social media assets, platform banners, e-commerce listing assets, and email templates, maintaining a consistent and high-quality visual standard across all outputs.
• Capture and edit high-quality images for use in marketing materials and online platforms while ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency of outputs.
• Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring they are properly tagged, stored, and easily accessible.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, manage deadlines, and ensure all multimedia content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Ensure that all visual outputs align with strategic campaign goals and consistently reinforce the company’s brand identity.
• Maintain and continuously develop expertise in multimedia tools and software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in multimedia design or related field
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier Pro etc.
• Has experience with video editing and motion graphics software
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Passion for design and a desire to create innovative and impactful work
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand identity
• Willing to work in Cavite
• Can start ASAP
