Multimedia Designer

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

We're looking for a Multimedia Designer to produce static, video, and motion content for our merchant and rider-facing campaigns, social, and marketing collateral. This role suits someone with a strong portfolio, good judgment, and the ability to deliver quickly in a fast-paced setting.

What You'll Do

• Design and produce merchant and rider-facing content across digital, social, and print, from static graphics to short-form video and motion graphics
• Collaborate with marketing, brand, and cross-functional teams to translate briefs into polished visuals
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously without sacrificing quality
• Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all outputs
• Design professional decks and presentations as needed

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in multimedia/graphic design, with a portfolio that demonstrates range and polish
• Proficiency in Figma, including working with libraries and components, and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator; Photoshop and InDesign a plus)
• Solid grasp of typography and visual hierarchy fundamentals
• Video editing and motion graphics skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
• Highly organized, with good file and asset management habits
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Clear, proactive communication skills; able to explain design decisions and take feedback well
• Practical experience using AI tools to speed up design and video workflows
• Good sense of creative strategy; able to spot trends and judge what will land with different audiences
• Basic proficiency in Google Slides and Google Sheets
