Multimedia Designer

JOB MISSION / OBJECTIVE

We are looking for a creative and talented Multimedia Designer to join our Marketing Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing engaging visual materials for motorcycles, including decals, logos, paint schemes, promotional materials, digital content, packaging, event graphics, and other brand assets.

The Graphic Artist will work closely with the Marketing Team and other departments to ensure that all designs effectively communicate the company’s brand identity, appeal to motorcycle enthusiasts, and support business and marketing objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and develop creative designs for motorcycle decals, logos, paint schemes, liveries, and other motorcycle-related graphics.
• Develop digital content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other online platforms.
• Design promotional materials such as posters, brochures, banners, flyers, and other marketing collaterals.
• Create graphics and visual materials for motorcycle events, rallies, trade shows, and company activities.
• Develop packaging designs for motorcycle parts, accessories, merchandise, and other products.
• Design showroom, dealership, service center, and event-space graphics, including signage, murals, and window graphics.
• Create instructional graphics, diagrams, and visual guides for manuals and other customer materials.
• Assist in creating customized designs based on customer or business requirements.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team and other departments to develop creative concepts and execute design projects.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all print and digital materials.
• Monitor current graphic design, motorcycle, and consumer trends and incorporate relevant ideas into projects.
• Maintain organized files and design assets for easy access and future use.
• Establish and monitor design-related KPIs and use performance data to improve creative strategies.
• Ensure all projects are completed accurately, creatively, and within established deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Artist, Graphic Designer, or similar position.
• Experience in the motorcycle or automotive industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and other relevant graphic design software.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual branding.
• Creative, artistic, and highly detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of motorcycle culture, trends, customization, or automotive design is an advantage.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a portfolio showcasing graphic design work, preferably with motorcycle, automotive, branding, or marketing-related projects.
