Multimedia Designer

Responsibilities:

• Create platform-specific graphics, animations, and interactive content for social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, WeChat).
• Design engaging visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and landing pages.
• Storyboard, shoot, and edit reels and video content for social media, internal communications, and marketing campaigns.
• Design and integrate motion graphics, animated text, and visual effects into video projects, with basic audio mixing, color grading.
• Design high-quality print and offline promotional materials including brochures, flyers, direct mailers, print ad, catalogue, leaflet, poster, souvenir, POP, etc.
• Develop graphics for corporate events, trade shows, and exhibitions, such as stage backdrops, pop-up banners, directional signage, and booth displays.
• Collaborate with event coordinators and external vendors to ensure accurate physical execution of designs.
• To conceptualizes, presents, and executes multimedia design solutions.
• To assist the marketing team in ideation, brainstorming and executing online and offline marketing and promotion plans.
• To keep abreast of market trends in design layout, web design, user interface and new user behavior of the internet.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Website Design, Multimedia Design, Video Production, Visual Communications or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in multimedia, website, graphic design, motion graphics, video production, or a similar hybrid creative role.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, Audition, and After Effect.
• Knowledge in Generative AI, Canva, Figma, CapCut, HTML and Adobe Creative Suite for implementing design jobs.
• Production Knowledge: Solid understanding of print production processes, color theory, typography, and file preparation for both 2D print and 3D merchandise.
• Knowledge of 3D software, such as Cinema 4D or 3ds Max is a plus.
• Good Team Player with excellent communication skills.
• Creative, self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital, video, print, and physical product/event design.
