Multimedia Designer

We are seeking a Multimedia Designer to join a growing U.S.-based residential and commercial solar energy company. You will create the visuals and videos that explain solar systems, savings and ROI clearly, support the sales team and keep the brand polished across every channel.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of graphic design and video experience, strong motion graphics skills and a portfolio of marketing and sales-focused work.

Responsibilities:

• Design marketing assets such as social media graphics, website visuals, brochures, ads and email graphics.
• Create sales collateral including pitch decks, proposals and one-pagers.
• Develop infographics and diagrams that explain solar systems, the installation process, savings and ROI.
• Produce and edit short-form and long-form videos: explainers, customer testimonials, ads and brand stories.
• Create animations and motion graphics that simplify technical solar concepts.
• Support video and visual content for digital marketing campaigns and social media.
• Work with the sales team on visual tools that answer common customer questions and objections.
• Keep all visuals consistent with the brand identity, and help maintain and improve brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia or visual communications.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), plus Canva or Figma.
• Solid video editing and motion graphics experience.
• A strong portfolio of marketing, branding and sales-focused design and video work.
• Able to turn technical information into clear visual storytelling.
• Strong attention to detail and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strongly Preferred:

• Experience in solar, renewable energy, construction or other technical industries.
• Understanding of B2B and B2C marketing funnels.
• Basic UI/UX or website design knowledge.
• 3D or product visualization experience (for example, rendering solar installations).

Requirements:

• Updated Resume/CV, plus a portfolio covering design, video and motion graphics.
• Available to work US Eastern Time business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Reliable internet connection and personal computer.
• UPS/battery backup to ensure continuity during power interruptions.
