What You'll Do in the Role

• Accepting work as prioritised and allocated by the Design Manager
• Visually communicating learning objectives and concepts through digital eLearning mediums
• Creating images, illustrations, and animations to bring the stories provided by the Instructional -Design team to life
• Laying out slide content, and contributing to eLearning content design
• Adhering to project timelinesProofreading and testing completed projects for
• functionality, to ensure quality and accuracy
• Modifying designs based on internal and client feedback
• Maintain timesheets
• Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information confidentially
• Project a professional image to customers and work colleagues, ensuring appropriate and respectful language and service standards.
• Fulfil other duties as required by management as requested/required

Skills /Qualifications

Related experience

• High proficiency with Adobe Creative suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the graphic/digital design space.
• Understanding of design for the digital space.
• Willingness to learn new software.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and varying communicative style depending on the target
