Multimedia Designer Intern

About the Role

Are you the type who can’t scroll past a cool design without thinking, “I can make this even better”?

We’re looking for a Creative Design Intern who is energetic, curious and loves creating eye-catching visuals.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing & Creative team to bring product launches, social media campaigns, e-commerce content and brand ideas to life.

This isn’t an internship where you only make slides or resize banners. You’ll get hands-on experience working on real campaigns and real products, while building a portfolio that you can actually show off. ✨

What You’ll Do

🎨 Create & Design

• Create engaging visuals for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Design marketing materials including social media posts, banners, EDMs, POSM and promotional materials.
• Support product launch campaigns and promotional activities.
• Adapt creative assets into different formats and platforms.
• Assist with e-commerce visuals for product pages, campaigns and online promotions.

📱 Social Media & Content

• Develop creative visual ideas based on current social media trends.
• Support the creation of content for TikTok, Reels and other short-form platforms.
• Work with the marketing team to turn campaign ideas into attractive visual content.
• Keep an eye on trending designs, memes, formats and visual styles.
• Bring fresh and Gen-Z-friendly ideas to our creative content.

🎬 Bonus Creative Skills

If you know video editing, motion graphics, animation or photography, that's a big plus!

You may get opportunities to work on:

• Short-form videos
• Reels / TikTok content
• Simple motion graphics
• Product photography
• Basic video editing
• Campaign visuals

🤝 Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing, Social Media, E-commerce and Product teams.
• Participate in brainstorming and creative discussions.
• Support multiple creative projects and deadlines.
• Be open to feedback and continuously improve your work.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Creative Media, Digital Media, Advertising or related fields.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio may also be considered.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar design tools.
• Good sense of layout, typography, colour and visual composition.
• Creative, curious and willing to experiment with new ideas.
• Familiar with social media trends, especially TikTok, Instagram and Reels.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Positive, proactive and willing to learn.
