About the role

Support UI/UX design for digital touchpoints and create media creatives for social platforms, promotional materials, and campaign visuals. Design and support Shopify layouts including landing sections, product page layouts, and theme customization. Prepare designs in print-friendly and digital-ready formats as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Support UI/UX design for digital touchpoints (web/landing pages)
• Create media creatives for posts, stories, and social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Create promotional banners, ads, and campaign visuals
• Design and support Shopify layouts including landing sections and product page layout support
• Provide theme customization guidance (basic/medium level)
• Prepare designs in print-friendly and digital-ready formats as needed
• Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to follow campaign goals and deadlines

About you

• Experience in UI/UX or digital media design (portfolio required)
• Strong skills in Figma (UI/UX) and Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator (media creatives)
• Knowledge of Shopify design/layout basics (preferred)
• Good understanding of social media formats (feed post, story, ad sizes)
• Eye for branding consistency, typography, and layout quality
• Can work fast, revise accurately, and meet deadlines
