We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Multimedia Editor to join our creative team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional video editing, sound design, and cutting-edge Generative AI tools. The ideal candidate is a skilled video storyteller who excels at crafting high-performing visual content and possesses hands-on expertise in prompting AI models to generate, augment, and refine video assets.

You will be responsible for bringing creative briefs to life from initial concept to final render, utilizing prompt engineering to accelerate asset creation, generate unique visual effects, and optimize post-production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generative AI & Prompt Engineering: Craft, test, and iterate precise text, image-to-video, and video-to-video prompts across leading AI engines to generate high-quality video assets, textures, b-roll, and concept footage.
• Full-Cycle Video Editing: Assemble raw footage, AI-generated assets, graphic overlays, and audio elements into polished, compelling final videos for social media, paid ads, product demos, and brand campaigns.
• Audio & Voice Synthesis: Produce and edit soundscapes, sound effects, and voiceovers using traditional mixing tools alongside generative voice tools.
• Workflow Optimization: Develop and refine standardized prompting workflows, custom asset libraries, and prompt documentation to increase output efficiency without compromising creative quality.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all AI-generated content strictly adheres to visual brand guidelines, maintains temporal consistency across cuts, and avoids visual artifacts or distortion.
• Quality Control & Compositing: Use advanced post-production techniques (rotoscoping, color grading, motion tracking, upscaling, paint-outs) to fix AI anomalies and blend generated elements seamlessly with live-action footage.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay at the forefront of emerging generative AI models, video tools, plugins, and prompting techniques, continuously integrating relevant innovations into the team’s production stack.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: 1–3 years of professional video editing experience in an agency, brand, or studio environment. (Fresh graduate with strong AI videos creation background may apply)
• AI Tool Mastery: Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in AI generation tools.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in standard post-production software
• Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition
• Prompt Engineering Skills: Strong ability to write structured, parameter-rich prompts that control camera movement, lighting, style, aspect ratios, frame rates, and visual consistency.
• Creative Vision: Deep understanding of visual storytelling, narrative pacing, typography, motion graphics, color theory, and audio-video synchronization.
• Problem Solving: Technical adaptability to work around generative model limitations, temporal flickering, and resolution caps via upscaling and post-processing tools (e.g., Topaz Video AI).
• Portfolio: A portfolio/demo reel showcasing traditional video editing and direct examples of AI-generated/augmented video work with original prompts referenced.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Output & Turnaround: Consistency and speed in delivering finished video clips, AI episodes, and graphics according to schedule.
• Visual & Content Quality: Adherence to brand aesthetics, clean grammar, visual polish, and strong retention-focused thumbnails and openers.
• AI Tool Integration: Efficient prompt-to-output ratios and effective use of company-provided AI tool subscriptions.
• Audience Engagement: Performance of mined clips and series based on views, completion rates, and shares.

Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
