Multimedia Executive

About the role

This role involves capturing high-quality video footage and photographs of properties, company events, agent profiles, testimonials, and surrounding environments. You will record and edit company events, including capturing and organizing raw footage, sound files, and related media, as well as capture and archive raw video footage for current and future marketing use.

Key responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video footage and photographs of properties, company events, agent profiles, testimonials, and surrounding environments
• Record and edit company events, including capturing and organizing raw footage, sound files, and related media
• Edit promotional videos, walkthroughs, and digital content using Adobe Premiere Pro
• Create 2D animations and motion graphics using Adobe Animate and Adobe After Effects
• Select and integrate appropriate soundtracks, sound effects, and voiceovers into final production
• Ensure video output meets quality standards in terms of visuals, audio, pacing, and branding
• Conduct video planning, including storyboarding, scripting, and planning shot lists and visual flow
• Create short-form content for social media (e.g. TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Maintain and organize media and asset libraries
• Assist in producing visual assets for campaigns such as thumbnails, overlays, and motion graphics

Requirements

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher Graduate in any field
• At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in a related field
• Strong technical knowledge of video production and post-production processes
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Animate
• Good time management and organizational skills; able to meet strict deadlines
• Fluent in Mandarin to communicate effectively with management
