MULTIMEDIA EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

As a Multimedia Executive at Klinik Hello Doctor, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual and video content that promotes our healthcare services, strengthens our brand, and increases patient engagement across all digital platforms. You will work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure all marketing materials reflect the company's vision and professional image.

Key Responsibilities

• Design promotional materials including posters, banners, flyers, bunting, digital advertisements, and in-clinic marketing materials.
• Produce and edit videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Capture professional photos and videos of clinic activities, events, staff, treatments, and marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging content to educate the public about healthcare services, medical treatments, and wellness topics.
• Manage and maintain Klinik Hello Doctor's visual identity and branding across all branches.
• Work with the Marketing team to develop monthly marketing campaigns and promotional content.
• Cover company events, CSR activities, training sessions, and internal programmes.
• Develop motion graphics and simple animations to enhance digital content.
• Ensure all marketing materials are completed according to the campaign timeline.
• Organise and maintain the company's multimedia files, templates, and digital assets.
• Assist in brainstorming creative ideas for social media campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support livestream sessions, product launches, and marketing events when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Creative Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in multimedia, graphic design, or digital content creation.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent software.
• Skilled in photography, videography, lighting, and video editing.
• Familiar with social media trends and content creation for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management skills and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Willing to travel between Klinik Hello Doctor branches for content creation and event coverage when required.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation (preferred).

• Produce high-quality marketing materials according to deadlines.
• Deliver engaging social media content consistently.
• Increase social media engagement and brand awareness through creative content.
• Ensure all designs follow Klinik Hello Doctor's branding guidelines.
• Successfully support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Maintain an organised multimedia library and project files.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
