Overview

Elevate Digitech Private Limited is looking for a creative and versatile Multimedia Executive to join our dynamic team. The Multimedia Executive will be responsible for creating engaging visual and multimedia content across digital platforms, including graphics, videos, animations, presentations, social media content, and other marketing materials.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, creativity, storytelling skills, and hands-on experience with graphic design and video editing tools. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing, content, and business teams to develop high-quality multimedia assets that strengthen our brand presence and effectively communicate our products, services, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging multimedia content for social media, websites, digital campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and other marketing initiatives.
• Design high-quality graphics, social media creatives, banners, posters, brochures, infographics, presentations, and other visual marketing materials.
• Plan, shoot, edit, and produce professional video content for promotional campaigns, product/service presentations, tutorials, corporate communications, events, and social media.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, scripts, and visual ideas for videos and multimedia campaigns.
• Edit video footage by adding transitions, effects, music, voiceovers, subtitles, animations, and other visual elements to create engaging content.
• Create motion graphics, animated posts, short-form videos, reels, GIFs, and other digital content to increase audience engagement.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, brand guidelines, and content requirements.
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color schemes, imagery, layouts, and overall visual communication across all multimedia content.
• Assist in photography and videography for company events, products, services, employee activities, promotional campaigns, and other business requirements.
• Optimize multimedia content for different platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising platforms.
• Repurpose existing content into different formats such as reels, shorts, social media posts, banners, presentations, and promotional videos.
• Maintain and organize digital assets, including photographs, videos, graphics, project files, templates, and brand resources.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, when required, to ensure timely delivery of multimedia projects.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay updated with current trends in graphic design, video editing, social media content, motion graphics, AI-powered creative tools, and digital marketing.
• Contribute creative ideas and innovative concepts to improve the company's digital presence, brand visibility, and customer engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, Film Production, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in multimedia design, graphic design, video editing, digital content creation, or a related role is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in graphic design and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CorelDRAW, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Practical knowledge of video production, video editing, audio editing, color correction, transitions, motion graphics, and basic animation.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms, particularly short-form videos, reels, promotional creatives, and digital advertisements.
• Basic knowledge of photography, videography, lighting, framing, and camera equipment is an advantage.
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability, with the capability to convert ideas and concepts into visually engaging content.
• Good understanding of different multimedia formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, codecs, and export settings for digital platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics and visual presentation.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with marketing, content, design, and other internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, work under deadlines, and deliver high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new creative tools, technologies, AI tools, and industry trends.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, video editing, social media creatives, animations, or other multimedia projects will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,557 – ₹33,155 per month, based on experience and skills.
