Job Title: Multimedia Faculty / Trainer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and passionate Multimedia Faculty / Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills and the ability to teach and mentor students in industry-relevant tools and concepts. This role involves guiding students in developing practical skills and preparing them for real-world design careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach fundamental and advanced concepts of Graphic Design
• Train students in industry-standard design tools and workflows
• Guide students in creating creative projects and professional portfolios
• Provide mentorship and support for skill development
• Assist students with placement preparation and opportunities
• Handle academic responsibilities and basic administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Interest in Graphic Design training
• 0–3 years of experience in Graphic Design or teaching/training
• Working proficiency in English and Tamil
• Willingness to stay updated with new design trends and tools

Software Skills (Required):

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• Audition

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in any field (preferred)
• Certified qualification in Graphic Design (preferred)
• Prior teaching or training experience is an advantage
