Role Description The Multimedia Intern role is an internship position based in Quezon City with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of on-site and work-from-home days. The intern will assist in creating and editing multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and photos, for marketing campaigns, social media, product demonstrations, and internal communications. Day-to-day tasks may include supporting video shoots, organizing and maintaining media assets, preparing graphics for digital platforms, and helping document events and client success stories. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency and adapting content for different channels and formats. This position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced technology environment and opportunities to contribute creative ideas to enhance Condor’s visual communication.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational skills in Multimedia and familiarity with various digital media formats.
• Can render at least 300hrs
• Ability to support Video Production tasks, including basic filming, audio capture, and video editing.
• Experience or training in Graphics and Graphic Design for social media, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Basic Photography skills for product shots, events, and content creation.
• Proficiency with common creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar software) is an advantage.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant course such as Multimedia Arts, Communication, Design, or related field. DO NOT APPLY if you're looking for voluntary internship
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and meet deadlines.
• Interest in technology, POS solutions, or the retail and food & beverage industries is a plus.
