Multimedia Intern (Food and Beverage)

Assist with the design and creative works for all the Company’s business units including marketing collaterals such as menu, flyers, banners, EDMs, posters, and membership card etc.

Assist with video production such as plan, shoot and edit compelling video content for use across social media platforms and in-store digital displays (e.g., TV, LED screens etc).

Ensure assigned design works are submitted in accordance with schedule and meet the required specifications and design criteria.

Assist with support day-to-day administrative tasks, including sourcing and ordering materials

Assist with contribute creative ideas for social media content and campaigns

Assist with content creation, including concept planning, basic shooting/editing, and copywriting

Assist in marketing and promotional events

Help with event logistics, setup, and on-ground coordination

Provide support for miscellaneous tasks and projects assigned by the marketing team based on business needs

Job Requirements

1. Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Mass Communication or related field
2. Minimum internship duration of 10 weeks and above
3. Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software
4. Basic knowledge of video editing (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects) is an advantage
5. Creative, with a good sense of design, layout, and visual storytelling
6. Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
7. Willing to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented
