Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and creative Multimedia Mentor to train and mentor students in video editing and graphic design while supporting practical projects and multimedia content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and mentor students in video editing and graphic design concepts.
• Deliver practical sessions using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practical exercises.
• Guide students in developing creative projects and professional portfolios.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Support students in improving their technical and creative skills.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and tools in video editing and graphic design.
• Assist students with project work, internships, and placement preparation.
• Collaborate with the academic team to ensure effective course delivery.
• Maintain student attendance, progress, and assessment records.
• Coordinate and assist with video shoots.
• Edit videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and educational content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in video editing, graphic design, multimedia, or training.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Good understanding of video production, graphic design, and visual communication.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Passion for teaching and helping students develop industry-ready skills.
• Candidates with experience in an educational or training environment will be preferred.
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
