Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, tech-forward Multimedia Motion Designer for a 1-year contractual role, with a core focus on Animation and Motion Graphics (MG) video production . In this role, you will elevate our visual and dynamic presence across social media, web, and graphic channels. You will seamlessly bridge traditional video editing and 2D graphic layouts with cutting-edge generative AI workflows (AIGC) to drive high-quality, highly efficient content creation.

Job Description (Key Responsibilities)

• Animation & Motion Graphics (Primary): Lead the end-to-end creation, narrative pacing, and asset design for animation and motion graphics (MG) videos. Handle video editing, audio syncing, color grading, and sound design.
• Graphic & Visual Design (Secondary): Create professional 2D layouts, digital banners, and brand assets. Maintain sharp attention to typography, grid systems, and color psychology.
• AI Tool Integration: Actively implement AI image and video generation tools (AIGC) into traditional workflows to optimize production speed and reduce costs without sacrificing visual quality.
• Content Management: Plan and produce high-quality visual and motion assets tailored for platforms including WeChat, Douyin, RED (Xiaohongshu), Bilibili, Instagram, and official websites.
• Web & 3D Support (Plus): Assist with basic web layout visuals and foundational 3D asset creation using C4D/Blender where needed to add depth to creative projects.

核心职责 (Job Description)

• 动画与动态图形制作（重中之重）： 主导动画及MG视频的全流程创作，包括分镜节奏把控、动效资产设计。负责视频项目的全流程剪辑、音频同步、调色及声音设计。
• 平面与视觉设计（次级重点）： 负责专业的2D平面排版、品牌视觉资产及数字化横幅（Banner）的设计。高度关注字体设计、网格系统与色彩搭配。
• AI工具整合： 将AI图像和视频生成工具（AIGC）引入传统视频和动效工作流，在保证视觉质量的前提下优化制作速度、降低生产成本。
• 内容管理： 规划并制作适用于微信、抖音、小红书 (RED)、Bilibili、Instagram及官方网站等平台的高质量视觉及动态资产。
• 网页与3D支持（加分项）： 在需要时协助进行基础网页布局视觉设计，或利用C4D/Blender制作基础3D资产，为创意项目增添视觉深度。

Job Requirements

Hard Qualifications (Mandatory)

• Portfolio: An outstanding digital portfolio or showreel showcasing strong motion graphics, animation, and video editing capabilities is required.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Digital Media Arts, Animation, Visual Communication, Film Production, or related creative fields.
• Motion & Video Editing: Mastery of After Effects (AE) for motion graphics is mandatory. Expert proficiency in at least one major editing software (PR, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Graphic Design: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with strong layout and aesthetic fundamentals.
• AI Tool Competency: Hands-on experience with 2–3 AI video generation tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, HeyGen, Kaiber). Familiarity with Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or ComfyUI workflows is highly preferred.

Soft Skills

• Aesthetic Instincts: Strong eye for visual trends and rhythmic video pacing; ability to deliver trend-conscious, digitally native ("Wanggan") content.
• Agile Learning: Highly responsive to emerging AI software; self-motivated to master new digital tools and optimize workflows quickly.
• Collaboration: Strong communication skills to articulate creative concepts clearly and work efficiently with copywriters, operations, and vendors.

Preferred Plus Factors

• Foundational 3D design capabilities using Cinema 4D (C4D) or Blender.
• Experience in UI/UX or web design layout.
• Prior background within creative agencies, hot shops, emerging consumer brands, or 4A agencies.

• 平面设计： 熟练掌握 Adobe Creative Suite（Photoshop、Illustrator、InDesign），具备扎实的排版功底与美术基础。
• AI工具实操： 具备 2–3 种 AI 视频生成工具（如 Runway、Pika、HeyGen、Kaiber 等）的实际操作经验。熟练掌握 Midjourney、Stable Diffusion 或 ComfyUI 工作流者尤佳。

软性实力

• 审美与网感： 对视觉趋势、色彩心理学和视频节奏有极强的敏锐度；能够创作出符合时下审美、自带流量属性（“网感”）的内容。
• 敏捷学习： 对新兴AI软件和数字化工具有极高的敏感度，具备强大的自驱力去快速学习并优化工作流。
• 团队协作： 能够清晰阐述创意概念，与文案、运营团队及外部供应商高效配合。

加分项
